oil pump?
ok guys you all know im re building my engine with forged internals and bored .20 over.. should i just buy a new stock oil pump or should i upgrade.. i mean at what hp does out oil pumps stop supporting? if that makes since?

If drag racing is your goal, consider a Melling pump with upgraded billet steel gears (check out the Modular Depot). Though painfully expensive, you're building a forged engine-you don't want to go EL CHEAPO on you oiling system; OEM pumps have been known to detonate at high revs (especially if there is a problem with engine balance or a damaged harmonic balancer/crank pulley)

Boost gets you laid

MMR has a nice high volume oil pump. thats what i'm running on my new setup. you need a 15/16 pickup tube for the higher flow design.
