Power Pipe


Installed a AFM power pipe and it didn't make any more boost. In fact I think I might have lost a #. Although it was balls hot out today. The throttle response seems a little better and the blower sounds louder for some reason. And to boot some of my MAF turbulence went away. I read some where that the stock plastic bosch ones can cause MAF turbulence.

dont feel bad.... mine didnt really do shit either. ehh... I have a local buddy that has a homade BADASS power pipe on his car. Looks way better than the anderson and produces way better. Ima try to get a pic of it.

Cold air is denser and you will make a little more then.

switch to a blow-thru, my car drives 10 times better...
if you want to do so, i can help you out with a few things, i have a bung/pipe you would need for the bov....but i would suggest the cx ic kit...will cool your car like crazy and you'll make much more power than you are now..
just hunker down and do it already, you won't be sorry..

for about 300.00 bucks you could do it...then of course you will need a smaller pulley and retune..
you will loose 1.5-2.5 psi with the new addition

I'm not sure how I could do a blow through setup on the Bullitt. The discharge pipes are different than the GTs. I don't have the luxury of a long straight discharge pipe to do it.
