Yeah visually,

You've got the Hood, which can be purchased for around 500.00 and placed on the GT (They make a direct OEM Replacement, fits factory hardware and mounting locations)

Wing - 250. Same as hood.

Wheels - They cost around 130 each, but the FR500 are better. Hehe, but hey. If you wanted the cobra LOOK, it'd be easy to immitate.

Independant Rear Suspension. I'd guess around 100 hp. I can't wait to get a 2003 Cobra, as soon as I can afford one I'm all over it.

Performance wise, like you said it's got forged internals, and a supercharger. It also has all the supporting fuel system mods from the factory. A baffled tank, larger pump, not sure about injectors though.

It's an all around better car to mod, because of the stregnth of everything that comes around the motor package. Except for the rear end.

let see..

the suspension is differant
the brakes are differant
the motor is a 4v not a 2v and blown
the tranny is a 6 spd not a 5 spd.
the irs as stated
the drive shaft on the 03-04 are aluminum (i believe)
the fuel injectors are 39 pounders not 19.

so yea... basically a v6/GT shell but everything else is differant

also the matter crapping your pants when you drive it as opposed to smiling in the GT.

All the engines are assembled by hand, the 6-speed tranny will save you a lot on gas not to mention your clutch and engine will last longer and the thing will bust out faster with less effort than the GT...to name only a few.

he is asking what the "physical" difference is.. like how can you drive down the road and feel the difference in a cobra or GT..

i would answer the question but i have never driven a cobra before
