Rear defogger fuse issue

OK, riddle me this batman... The other day I went out to warm up my car. I pressed the rear defrost button and the little light didn't come on. No big deal I figured it was just a fuse. I changed the fuse, pushed the button and viola, the light came on. Later the same day I had to run to the store, got in the car started it and went to turn on the rear defrost and again no light. Why is my car blowing fuses in less than 12 hours? Any suggestions? I'm hoping that the fuse that I replaced it may have blown because it was cold. The fuse has been in my truck a couple months now. If that's not it, any thoughts on what it could be?

So you took a fuse from your truck and put it in your Mustang? I'm confused.

Sorry. OK When I bought my Expo it was used and I had to change smoe fuses in it so I bought a big thing of fuses and kept it in there. I got a new fuse out of the pack that I kept in the truck. It was definitly the right fuse. Fuse #23 a blue 15A fuse.

OK, I put the fuse in when they were warm and the fuse worked for like two days, then it blew again. Anybody know what would cause this? Any suggestions?
