depends on the emissions of where you are at but yea with no cats i dont think it will pass....thats why i have to x pipes one with cats and one without

well when i did emissions on my mustang they never even put anything in my exhaust they just plugged something into my computer and i was good to go..

yeah if they use a sniffer and you ahve no cats than you're up a shitcreek without a paddle. i have no cats but theres a place i've used for 3 years where i just slip the dude a 20 and he slaps the sticker on haha

Most places don't test that thorough. Jersey & New York So. NC Does.

Get a SLP or a Bassani X. You can take off or put on the cats whenever you need them in less than 20 minutes.
