really depends what your trying to kill. ignition? fuel? battery ground? its a custom thing any route you go, only thing that changes is what wire you cut.

Find the power wire for the fuel pump. Cut it and hook it up to the load side of a relay. Wire up a switch on the other side of the relay. When you turn the switch on, it flips the relay and gives power to the fuel pump.

like sonicboom said, its pretty much done by cutting the power of whatever goes to the piece you are trying to kill (starter, battery, fuel pump, etc...) and running a user-controlled switch to a relay.
When you flip the switch (that you would get power from something low-current) it will flip the relay and "re-connect" the higher current power wire to whatever it is you killed. You can do it simply by putting a switch in, but thats not a good idea with high current wires. |
