Go centri the eatons are very unefficient and for the money you could get allot more power.. The only thing i really like about them is it would be really interesting to have a nice sized whipple on a built 2v..

The M112 Eaton based Tork Tech kit, is producing remarkable power. At 9 pounds they are at about 415-420. (in my opinion, pushing your luck), and at 19 pounds of boost on a built 2V with Fox Lake heads and cams, they hit 591 rwhp.

If you want to go beyond that point, swap in a TVS 1900 which bolts on the kit. 735 rwhp...

I would never push a heaton to 19 pounds whats the point all its gonna do is heat up.. And im not going against you but i dont see the eaton outpowering a twin screw at the same amount of boost..

I have looked into this and found out that an M112 is not worth spending that much money on. Just buy a Kenne Bell meant for your stang.

Have you ever been at an open track event to look at what a KB does as far as heat? You can't touch it. Besides, Tork Tech was pretty shrewd. The "aftercooler" under the S/C is a dual flow, and the front mount I/C is HUGE and works really well. The old "heaton" legacy may have been true at one time, but not from what I have seen. I think TTI was very aware of the problem.
The other thing to look at, is the intake plenum. On a KB it is flat as a pancake, and really restricts the air, on the TTI, the plenum is HUGE, so it moves a ton of air, cooling it even more.

Some results with the TTI kit using the M112 at 18 pounds. 3600 pound car including driver.

not a fan of the eaton here. I say a 2.6L Kenne Bell or a Centri.

OK. Freedom of choice. One more caviat. Lets say you sell the car or drop in a 5.4L. For about $100.00 bucks you buy a set of 5.4L adapter rails, and the entire kit drops onto a 5.4L no need to spend another 6-7 grand to put a S/C on the new rig.

And dont you have to get a cowl hood with that sense the S/C is raised up more? Add the cost of hood/paint.

or cut a hole in your hood and use their extended hood scoop to cover the hole. 200$ for hood scoop

Still gotta paint the thing, and cutting the hole and sealing it correctly, without jacking up the final appearance and finish is something to think about.

If you have accesss to a Magn. MP112 for a good price, that might be the way to go. If it's all from scratch, I say go with the KB.

BTW, I know people are split on this topic, but: The Magn. MP112 will be louder than the stock cobra eaton. It has less restriction on the exit port. This allows better power, but it will scream like a Biatch. Might be harsh for a DD, then again like I said, some people LOVE the whine and can't get enough, others don't.

The Stock SC was restrictive to somewhat control the noise, but aftermarket SC's all bets are off in the name of power...
