I recently took the wing off mine. I used Toyota body pins. They are the perfect size. My car is already black. If yours isn't go to home depot or Lowees and get that paint that bonds with plastic. in your color. (Probably won't match 100%) Get silicone sealant and the body pins at autozone or pep boys or someplace like that.

Once you remove the wing there will be marks on the trunk. Some people have double sided tape under there. Use goo be gone or something of that nature to get it off. I was able to get out most of my scratches with scratch X and the buffer. If you have touch up paint, put it in the cracks and let it set over night. Put wax on it and buff it after at least 24 hours.

Once the trunk looks the way you want put silicone sealant around the top of the body pins and push them through the hole. Wipe up any excess sealant. Don't worry if you miss some because it doesn't harm your paint. Go inside and put the sealant on the under side too. That will make it water proof. After that step back and enjoy.

Re: sorry but i need some spoiler delete help!

I went to Lowes, and bought some screws, nuts, washers, and white plastic screws covers (since my car is white). It looks decent but you can still tell i removed it. But its a cheap, decent looking way to do it. The sizes for the screw covers are 1/4 and 5/16. Get some goo gone and a good lint free towel for the glue removal, they put a good ring of the stuff down around the bolted down part. Good luck if not go the professional way.

Never heard of it. Might be wax build up but the pieces are painted seperatly then assembled. The clear coat was on when the wing was attached. Where are the pics man?

LOL I hope you understand my directions. I gave these out once before and the kid couldn't figure it out.

Now if you pic is already on the web you need to copy the web address of the pic then come to this site. You want to click the post a reply button on the bottom left of the thread. Above the box you type in there are little boxes. See the one that says 'IMG'? Click it once, put in the web address of the pic and click the 'IMG' button again and your done. There are no spaces between clicking the 'IMG' button and the adress of the pic.

If it's just on your computer you need to go to www.tinypic.com and upload it. They will give you the BBCode. It starts with {img}. if you do that just put that code on here and your done.
