difference between thunderbird 4.6 and mustang 4.6???

when ford brought the tbird back they were based on a jag platform. they had a 3.0 v6 or a 3.9 or a 4.0 v8.

ok well im just gonna fix the a/c lines and put the factory radiator setup back in it and do a four valve swap. i need heads, intake, cams, valve covers, throttle body, cai, ignition...what all am i missing i know im missing a good bit.
