Well a higher static CR and less boost will give you the same amount of power as a lower static CR and more boost, because they will have similar dynamic compression ratios... just throwing that out there

a 9.2:1 is plenty safe. The Procharger kits are designed to work w/ a GT's stock compression at 9.6:1. The 9.2:1 is perfect.
