Drag racing is okay, but it's 12-13 seconds of going fast in a straight line... whoo hoo. But I live about 7 minutes from the 1/4 mile that has test and tune nights almost every Friday and five or six special events every summer. I just don't want to dump a bunch of money on suspension parts to only be able to do a few events every year. |

How the fuck would a town in Indiana be ten minutes away from Minnesota?
haha, you had it right the first time when you said Iowa. And yeah, it does suck.IA = Iowa, IN = Indiana, ID = Idaho, UD = Youdaho ![]() I see your point about moving. I'd like to move somewhere else and then move back around home when I get older. My luck though, I'd move away to Nebraska or Kansas or something where there is abolutely no corners. I'm just in a pickle... |

Jazzer is pushing the twisties, but dang that stuff is expensive! And if I go the twisty route, there's really no point in me building a forged motor and running 600 rwhp. I'd be much better off putting that money into suspension parts

I think Jazzer is around 260 or 265 at the wheels. It's in his garage, as is his giant list of suspension upgrades.
And I know that more power will help, it just seems like the money would go a lot further with suspension parts. Last edited by dcook_14; November 20th, 2009 at 04:16 PM. |

![]() what is 600hp if it all spins away. ![]() but me personally i love hairpins, s curves, and mountain roads ![]() so i go the suspension route. ![]() im not to concerned with my motor. i wonder about swaps all the time but thats just incase one day my pony fails me. ![]() but i dont plan on that happening . if it dose. its either 5.4 2v or mark 8 4V
