A thousand posts on this & a thousand opinions.

I recommend you get an X pipe, and a SLP Loud Mouth II Catback Exhaust.

if you want headers, go full length, then get the SLP Shorty X pipe (or H... ) and you can run that setup.

Goto exhaust, select year(s) and bam!

I agree with all of the above unless you are looking for the best sound possible, then go with the H pipe. You may also consider Magnaflow magnapacks.

ok...we started talking about roush exhaust because i own a roush. for the exception of the side exit, everything else on the exhaust is stock. i'm tryin to see what good it'll do me replace the headers and the midpipe. as far as the catback, i dunno what i can buy thats better then the roush since everything is made to exit out the rear. any suggestions?

I run the SLP system as stated; actually the 320hp power pack. I would NOT go full length headers unless you plan on a blower and run 20" wheels. There is to much drag/hang from them. Shorties will do you just fine. Most dyno's will show you a power loss rather then a gain.

i do plan on puttin on a blower at some point within the next year or so, so in that case should i just go full length for now and take the loss since in the long run it would be better? also right now its on 18". would the 20" make that big a difference?
