stage 2 cams are the biggest you can go withut getting piston to valve problems.

kooks make the best headers, but bbk do good work also i run them on my car. do you have emmission testing? if so go with a catted x or h-pipe and then whchever catback you decide to go with

not too sure about the cam question but as for the intake i have heard it's JLT or K&N . and some people say not to get a tb/plenum combo but if you do the best out there imo is the accufab.
as for the exhaust that's just a personal choice. i have heard the magnaflo makes the most power though.

i run a JLT true cai and a 75mm Accufab/plenum combo and for exhaust i run stock headers, mac catted x pipe , magnaflow cat-back with flowmaster 40 weldins.

stay away form their stuff. if your gonna do tb and plenum go with accufab. or if your interested, i have a fully ported out stock plenum tat will flow almost as much as a an accufab for a lot less money. ill take $50 for it shipped. thats less than it cost me to have the damn thing ported out. let me know and i can get pics if ya want

ive seen both accufab and professional products throttle bodies... Both look to be of equal quality and both are pretty smooth... why do you say their stuff is no good?

i'm looking at TB/Plenum for my next upgrade. What gains should i expect at the wheel? what numbers have people actually experienced.

what disadvantage is there going with TB only or plenum only or do i really NEED to do both?

T/B and plennum should be done at the same time... If you replace one you will just bottle neck another...
