yes, the steel bumper and the foam dont old up the bumper cover at all. actually, they dont even tought the bumper cover. i wouldnt neal on the cover will leaning into the trunk. i have the bumper back on and its fine

Sweet, i think i'll go take both of mine off too then. I hope my front bumper cover doesn't collapse while going 100.

I'll probably just do the rear support after seeing that picture. So i got the rear cover off and if i take the whole bumper support off then my tips will have to be supported elsewhere...anyone else have that problem? Also, how do you remove the impact braces in the doors?

Everyone that keeps tail pipes has that problem, thats why i made the hangers like i did. other people just put dumps on and a v6 bumper so they dont have to worry about the hangers. and in that pic, those cars trap high mph. if you want to remove it you can get a bumper support from donathenracing.com

I'll fabricate it to make the tailpipes work. Is that the piece you're getting for the front bumper support?

havent worked on it since i took the nfront bumper off. it got too cold and now its snowing so it will have to wait a bit, ill take this time to fabricate the front bumper support and some other things a plan on doing. did u take your front impact pcs out too?

Just the rear support and that stupid black box behind the drivers side rear wheel..wtf is the purpose of that? I'll wait on the front support til i buy the lightweight one.
