Difficult choice....

So its between weld in flowmaster 40's

or smoked headlights with an HID conversion.

Need advice on the best of both prices.

whats the cheapest I can get flows 40's?

I also need to know of a good HID kit to buy if my choice is the blacked out headlights. anybody buy off ebay?

how much are the conversions?
