what is this red light under my dash

I noticed there is a light blinking under my dash when the car is off and there is an on/off button on the back of it. There is also a black box with some wires coming off it connected to it. Any ideas what it is?

its got a ton more wires up inside the dash

The whole above the red light looks like a aux input for a 3.5 mm head weird maybe its just the picture.

yeah there's a number and apparently it is a MAGNADYNE 6905P Security System

i have a auto start on my dodge and it has wires everywhere

i looked up the instructions and it says there's some kind of Silencer key that goes in the receptacle
