I like Timbers. You could get a cup holder delete on ebay and no one would know it was there until it was too late.

OK Maybe I should have said, I like Timbers idea. Your switches are nice too. Yours was custom made though, wasn't it?

Forgot to mention, that was a go-cart race. He had a new $2000 150cc go-cart (dune buggy!) that I spanked with a home built job with the engine worked over by David Ables at daremotorsports.com. I had my kids cart engine worked over with head work, cam, header, governor turned way the hell up, timing adjusted, etc. Smoked that joke but the dude came to collect, not pay. Turned out he didn't even have the money on him. But my sons got a 50+ mph go cart out of the bet.

Then the friendly betting started. All I really wanted was a header for the kart because I wanted one on mine when I was a kid. Then I found David's website and his hop-up kit was only $145 for all the stuff I mentioned before so I shipped it to him and had it done. I put on new 3-point seat belts I got off ebay... Frankencart sits next to my boat in the carport. So I'm living my second childhood through my kids, doing all the shit I wanted when I was their age. First incarnation, before the engine hop-up + header, and the wider front tires on it now. After all that, I still only have about $600 in it and it flies!

I'll be sure to put some pics up when it's in the car. Sounds like you know Darren. I'll be emailing him from now on anytime I need a switch panel. He's a class act and his prices can't be beat.

So if you were driving down the street and a LS1 pulled up next to you how long would it take for you to be able to get it armed and heated to where you could use it? I mean is this thing good for on the fly use? I know little about nitrous systems. Is it just as simple as flipping one switch then the other?

Well that's not bad. I was thinking you had to arm it and heat it ahaead of time. 2 seconds isn't bad at all.
