refinance that thing... paying 25k for a car that's worth 10k isn't worth it.

I agree 100%. I imagine that the car in the video is the one with this dyno sheet. That according to the website has the falling mods as well.

Highly built GT, manual trans. This car has ported heads, aftermarket cams, full high flow exhaust, '03/04 Cobra gas tank with dual pumps, and a complete intercooled Tork Tech kit with the MP112 supercharger. The only upgrades to this customers kit include 60# injectors, a 3.0" upper pulley, 9.5" lower crank pulley a custom tune, and ported supercharger and port matched lower manifold. Customer is running 20 psi of boost.

20# of boost on that combo making 565rwhp is not very impressive IMO. I have custom cars making 600rwhp with stock heads, stock intake, and 18#s boost on D1SC cars with pretty mild cams..

Roots/screw drive blowers are great for that torque feel. They are fun to drive at part throttle, but never seem to impress me at WOT, nor at the track..

If you want a fun street car, that you can pull away from most anything at part throttle, dont have to downshift on the freeway to go from 50-90mph quickly, and dont expect to run stellar ETs, then the Torktec or similar blowers are a great way to go.

If you don't want to get beat by your buddy with a Novi2k, S-trim, D1SC, ect ect. Then you best not go the rout of a roots/screw blower.

No doubt about it they make for fun drives. A few guys in our club have roots cars, and when in cruises, it feels like I am pounding on my car keeping up with them. But then when we line em up, its all over.
