Power Steering Fluid everywhere!!

Hey everyone - got a problem. I noticed the Pwr Steern fluid was low so i added some mercon ATF as recommended in the manual, shortly after a quick drive there was fluid running everywhere under the car. i was told about a year ago the power steering pump was seeping fluid but i could never get ford to fix it under warranty - they will only fix a leak, well now the warranty has expired and now its really leaking. Has anyone ever had thier power steering pump leak that much fluid - i mean i filled it up to max required and then later it was well below the minimum mark. I hope its as easy as replacing the pump. Can i do this myself or should i have ford work on it? Thanks for the comments and tips!

Time for a new pump.

Also, make sure your cap is on tight
