1999 heads

im looking into getting a spare set of heads and port and polish them with new springs and hitachi stage 2 cams, but the ones i found are off a 1999, will they fit directly on my 2001 stang?

yes they will. 99-04 GT's have the 2V heads with PI cams. they are the same

those are windsor heads, yours are romeo's. they will be bolted on, but there are small differences. valve covers would be one, you'll have to swap valve covers. i don't know about the front cover.

yah, wasnt counting the covers but you are correct. That should be the only thing though.
