? about Centerforce clutch and flywheel

I finally got the tranny dropped and I'll be puttin in a centerforce dual friction clutch with a billet steel flywheel. Do ya'll think that will make a difference big enough to drop my quarter mile time a lil bit?

Thats not why Im changin out the clutch by the way, the factory one started goin out on me at about 37,000 miles. That wouldnt be normal for my car would it?

It's probably normal for your car, but not Cobra's in general........

j/k, I hear of everyone's clutch giving them problems if they are hard on their car.

it wont change unless the clutch was slipping that much. i had a clutch that gave me a lot of trouble and a clutch change was good for about a tenth or two. the feel and knowing that the new one will take any abuse that you will give it is worth the switch.
