Well I'm a big dummy and didn't look to see which wiper arm came off of which side. They say R and L, but I dont know if that's right and left if your looking at the front or if you're sitting in the driver seat.

Which side (passenger or driver) does the longer arm go on? I think the longer arm has the R on it.

left - driver side
right - pass side

Not only did I not include it in the write-up, I didn't even notice it to begin with. I may have put them on the wrong sides. Oops!

Then again, they looked to be the same exact length.

My wipers are retarded. They stop in the up position instead of the down position.

That almost look like a Flat grey though and Iam very sure thats not the stock color at all. Stock color has a dull shine to it.

So today was finally a nice day here in Iowa and I took the opportunity to clean up the stang (nearby construction turned my white car brown

) and paint the wiper arms. Came out nicely aside from a little bubbling on the arm not pictured. Not too bad imo considering this is the first time I used spray paint since I was in middle school

Edit: I should have taken a before pic because half the paint was stripped off the arms so I had black/silver wiper arms

Are you guys using glossy paint? Both the painted arms on here that I can see look kinda flat. I'll try to round up a camera and post pics of my arms. I sanded, primed, sanded, and painted with glossy black. Looks pretty good I think. Probably just as glossy as my hood.
