Well they aren't that small either. I bet that chick is actually pretty hot when she's not holding loaded barbells above her head. She's not like a nasty bodybuilder chick, more like a toned fitness competition contestant. A lot of people think Jillian from the biggest loser is hot (I think she's a perfect example of a butterface) but I bet she'd look nasty if she was push pressing a barbell and her muscles were all toned up and rippling her skin

lol no worries keeps people on there toes! What do you do for workouts?
Just asking cause I currently in this program called crossfit and it has worked wonders for me, just figured I would throw that out there.

Just jto add if anyone is looking to get "FIT" you will not go wrong with crossfit. The navy seals use it army rangers use it swat teams... it gets results! i work out with EOD out here on my ship and by myself for the most part. we have a pretty intense workout program and let me tell you 2 a days SUCK!!

but it has worked for me. i went from 195 lbs and 19% body fat to 165 lbs and 9% body fat and i couldnt be happier with myself. im trying to get ready to come back to the states here in a few months and im gonna blow everybodys mind. me and a couple of the guys do the crossfit out here while underway and it will tear you apart for realz.

I do the DWP. The Danno Workout Program (it's not copyrighted yet so don't steal the name assholes

) Pretty standard stuff. Warm up run, stretch, bench, incline, military, rows, closed grip bench, shrugs, and squats with a barbell. Lat pulls, tri-pushdowns, and angled rows on the lat machine. Curls, 3 position shoulder raises, flyes, bench, and arnold presses with dumbbells. For abs I do like 5 different exercises. Then I run or hop on the eliptical for 1/2 hour or 45 minutes.

I'm 215 @ 15% body fat. I'd love to get down to about 8% body fat which would be about 200 assuming I don't lose any lean mass. I'm thinking about starting up on some P90X workouts, anyone do those?
