CAMSHAFTS ADVICE - 4.6L
This is an area i would like some help and info with.
I was curious to see what cams you all installed in your 4.6's and what power gains you have received from them. This would be for naturally aspirated 4.6's not SC or TC'd engines. Please let met know as i am super curious. Thanks for the info and help!!!

check out this months 'muscle mustang'. It has a whole 'how to' section on installing crower stage 2 cams in a mostly stock P.I. 4.6. Good stuff.

so far. the crower stage 2 cams have been the best test run. i think it ran like 58 hp over the stock cams. it made a HUGE difference. they are also the biggest thing i have found. They are 558 lift. as opposed to the 550 in summit and jegs and all

I went with custom grind cams that were made for the nitrous set-up that I have and also have a little bit for sc'ing engineered into them. N/A the cams gave me a 45 hp increase.
the website is in my sig. |
