I run this on mine... it started fluttering before and I had to replace the lil diaphram inside it, but other than that Ive had no problems at 10psi

You need to get a bypass valve. Vortech makes a nice race bypass that works well. You could use the stock s-trim made by Bosch but your car will surge a bit.

If you don't set up the greddy S type valves correctly then they flutter. There's 2 springs in the valve you have to take it apart and remove the larger one for most apps.

Yeah he'll be fine. I ran the cheap Greddy S along with an upgraded Bosch valve with the 14.4lb spring and metal internal valve. They were used on some Audi's and old 914 Porsche's. Looked just like the original valve Vortech supplied. That combo worked just as well as my Vortech mondo did around 15psi, 515 rwhp. I upgraded for a neater setup and just in case.

The greddy S type and the vortech mini race use the same mounting flange.
