Gears hurting when turning

Hey guys, about 5 months ago i installed some 4.10's. up until about a month ago, they were perfect. Now, when ever i am turning at a slow speed you can here them grinding bad. soon as i straighten out it goes away and all is good. There is no whine while driving. Any ideas as to why this is happening now? is it possible that the pinion nut has gotten loose? Any help would be great.

all seals and bearing were replaced. All bolts replaced, the only thing reused was the actual diff gearing.
