Is my car tuned?

So i bought this o4 mustang with an O/R H pipe and a full axle back. It has the two rear o2 sensors plugged into the h pipe. There are no MIL eliminators yet it doesnt show any codes. How can I find out if it is chipped or tuned. I have a superchip tuner but dont want to hook it up and lose what ever tune this thing might have. Or is it possible to run w/o cats and no mil eliminators and not throw a code.

without MIL eliminators on an off road mid pipe, you'd be throwing a code unless you use a tuner to shut off the rear o2 sensors

Pull the computer and look to see if there is a chip / module plugged into the side of it.

This is in the passenger kick panel correct? How easy is it to take off. Dont want to break any plastic screws.

. Can I see this without unplugging the computer and actualling pulling it out of the car?

yes, and it is easy, there is one plastic pull tab holding the K/P

Do you have the contact info of the person you bought it from? Sounds like he tuned it and never returned the tuner to stock before selling it. If you call him he might still have the tuner to sell you.

How will I know by looking if it is chipped? Where would I be able to see it? Bottom? Side towards firewall?
