On the stock block it would be very hard to get those numbers.... but possible. I'm putting down 318 N/A.... you can see what I've done in my garage.

you should be able to hit 300 rwhp with full bolts ons intake tb plenum etc header back exhaust, stage 2 heads and cames and a good tune.
pullies and flywheel will help too

With bolt-ons, exhuast, ported heads, and good cams...300 rwhp is easy...
