Well in that case every bolt on, new cams, full exhaust (including headers and midpipe), the best damn dyno tune you can imagine... And you still will fall short... Its a GT. 265 at the crank.... 300 at the wheels is asking a lot...

Some stage two cams and heads with a good intake and some longtube headers you will be damn close to 300 HP!

I say save your money and put a Kenne Bel on that baby. All you have to run is 6 PSI and you will way more than over shoot your goal. I know you said you weren't looking to get that now, but it is the most logical choice. If you take all the money you plan to spend on every bolt on in the world and put it toward one purchase you'll be much more satisfied with the results.

+1...considering how much the heads, cams, and exhaust will cost, it makes a supercharger look tempting... im savin little bits here and there for a KB

Well by doing the heads cams and intake with bolt ons, when you finally put the supercharger on you will put more powerdown!! Thats my opinion and I feel that it is the best way to go. I know ull be putting more money into it, but ull prolly do that evenually. And not to mention I would love the bragging rights of 300 RWHP N/A. just my 2 cents!

According to Sean Hyland, the master of the mod motor it is possible to put out 345hp with an n/a motor. mods will include
1.ported cylinder heads.
2.some sort of stage 1 cams..
3.180 degree thermosta.
4.steeda pulley kit.
5.Intake manifold(bullitt or u may go typhoon porting reccomended.
6.24lb injectors.
7.larger fuel pump.
8.80mm mass air meter.
9.long tube headers.
10.maganflow x-pipe.
11.magnaflow catbacks.
12. some kind of tuner.
13.at least 3.73 gears.
14. 2800-3000 rpm stall speed converter.

Bad news good news.
bad news all these parts may cost u more than a supercharger but will not need u to build up the bottom end of the engine.
good news If u are thrifty and use e-bay and some of the many mustang forums that are around u may be able to get many of these parts at a much better price.

your choice. good luck with that.

Btw I am on this plan at the moment, after getting most of this done I will be adding a tiny 75 shot that should put me at around 400 hp which is about the limit u wanna go with stock internals.

I am at 342rwhp and 351rwtq N/A in my 2001 2V GT. It's very rewarding to run as quick as I am running N/A. However, it's VERY expensive.

that my friend is what im talkin about, simply amazing! though it is a bit expensive in the long run, they are mods that would teach me more about my car, and the mods would come in handy once i get a built motor and a turbo

ive seen a n/a 2v make 490 rwhp with a custom intake, but with the reg pi intake it made i think 400rwhp. it was all with off the shelf parts also, and nothing extremely radical
