Clutch noise? New clutch install

I have a 99 GT and I recently had a TOB go bad on me. So I ordered a King Cobra clutch kit. I had the flywheel resurfaced, then installed the new pilot bearing, clutch disc, pressure plate, and TOB. I also installed a new clutch release lever because the old one was pretty worn down.

This is the first clutch job I have done on a 96+ stang so maybe I missed something but upon reassembly and starting the car, there is this terrible ticking/clicking noise that corresponds with RPMs. I have done 3 clutches on Fox Bodies but nothing like this ever happened.

I would appreciate any input on the sound... I have torn it apart and looked at everything and can't find the problem. Thanks in advance, the sound is not the best quality but its the best I can do.
