Vortech guys..my V2 upgrade to a T or YSI?

My pulley side seal is leaking some oil so I want to send it back for a refresh and I've been debating an upgrade as well. Currently running a 2.95 pulley and seeing around 13# but I've got the motor built and fuel system ready for more so....whatcha think? Obviously a T upgrade would probably cost considerably less I am assuming and ultimately, I would really like to make boost faster (not sure if T versus YSI makes a big diff here). My ultimate goal is to hit 600 rwhp, about 75 off where I currently stand....that way I will have no traction at all

YSI is way to much blower for only 600 rwhp you have to really spin it hard to make power at lower rpm and is a full on race blower. I made 598 out of a S-trim but I was spinning it to hard. I would consider the T or SI trim. The T loves between 600-700 rwhp. Then a JT 700-800 rwhp then finally a YSI trim 800-950+.

yeah for only 600 a T trim will do the trick, a YSI is a renegade blower, its a pretty big bad mamma jamma that if you are looking for 750+ then that would be the way to go.

OK, thanks for clearing that up....reading all sorts of different thought paths on the internet. As far as making boost sooner, will the T accomplish this or is it on the lines of a Turbo meaning "larger means slower spool"? I would really like the boost to start building earlier in the rpm's if possible. Thanks
