An average shop....about $150-$250 would be my guess.

Yeah id be worried about a 50-75 dollar job. That would HAVE to be a single stage. It will match but its not base coat, clear coat. Not possible to make money on it for less that 150 and it be done right!

Go to an auto parts store get some Toyota body pins (they were the thinnest ones I found). Go to the store and get fusion spray paint that bonds with plastic. Spray the body pins with a color closest to your car color and put them in when they dry. Use some silicone sealant to seal it up for leaks and you'll be good to go. Had a guy around here with a white stang do it on my advise and it looked pretty good. You can only tell if you get up close. It will hold you over until you can save to get it fixed professionally.

I also did the body plug thing & it worked fine for me as well (being a 2000 though, I don't have to worry about leaks)

well not for nothing but a few friends of mines that took off the spolier from their car got like a oval head bolt that fits in the holes, paint it wit spray paint and the nut the screws from the inside and barely cost more that 10 dollars, the body pins what the guys talked above also works fine
