A 295/50 is going to be your best bet. The maximum recommended rim width on them is 10" so they aren't going to be big and bulgy on the rim, but there isn't shit out there for other sizes. Here's a link to Summit's tires for that size.

I've never tried it but can the fenders on our cars be rolled for more tire clearance?

yea they can be...I think weems had a thread or at least a post about it...I think he used a ball bat, a rag, and maybe a hair dryer? where in PA are you from Sax?
