STACK racing products ??


has anybody heard any feed back with this company and would i feel a difference if i slapped on there TB and plenum on my vortech 04 gt? which size 70 or 75 mm and would i need a tuner after since my car is supercharged?

I've never heard of them, but I think anything except a stock replacment would be an upgrade. Get the 75mm if you're supercharged, but you shouldn't need a tune.

Personally I don't think tb/plenums are worth the money. You should save up and get some blower cams or something like that if you haven't already.

or should i do apperance mods.. will doing plenum Tb help the car out since its supercharged or would headers be a better bet? will i have to get retuned after any of these mods.

nah the car will stay non cammed for the moment im asking thsi question because my parents wantd to get me something small for the car for xmas.

Stack Racing is pretty good (plus the prices are great!!). 75+ mm throttle bodies are more recommended for supercharged or nitrous injected cars. You will be fine with a 75mm. As far as tuning, not required. Just bolt on and go. To get the most out of it, you may want to upgrade the plenum too.

i would get a tune after you do it, or at least throw it on the dyno and check the wideband. more air=altered a/f ratio. just my .02c, but a supercharged car is more sensitive to this stuff than a n/a car.
