I'm not sure if any has done a write up but they are fool-proof to install. The 2 pieces can only go on either the top or the bottom of the spring. There is no way that the bottom iso can fit on the top of the spring and vice-versa.

thanks man i would give u reps but i cant do it again till i give it to more people. and i see in the instructions that your supposed to unbolt the top of the shock. would it matter if i unbolted it at the bottom?

I unhooked the strut/shock at the bottom by the control arm... not sure which is easier to do.

As for the rear, I removed the LCA arm in the back.... what a BITCH to get the bolt out. Nut came out easily but the bolt took me a solid hour with a hammer and punch to get bolt out. I don't recommend doing it that way.

all you had to do on the back was unbolt your lower shock bolt and ur quad shock,no need for the lca to be unbolted,back takes bout 20 mins to do

I gave up on that shit. I spent 10 mins trying to get the bolt out, and then took the shock off, and the rear end just came right down
