smoked head lights with amber corners where can i buy them?

this should be a quick short thread but i just cant seem to find them... american muscle has them but with clear corners and i dont wanna get screwed with by the state troopers

I JUST ordered headlights from an ebay buyer. If you'd like I can get back at you when I get them to let you know if they're any good? I ended up buying a set brand new for 85 bucks. I've read a few things from people on here about them being OEM quality products. Lights should be here on wed.

ya man id really apreciate it i was lookng at some on ebay but in the pics they just dont look smoked...atleast not the ones with amber reflectors

Well the ones I bought are the black housing amber corners. They're not smoked I don't think. I think its better to just have them tinted after. No sense taking a gamble on a shitty product just for smoked effect.

well i have a good set of headlights but dont know how to tint them i dont wanna spray them cause i dont want it splotchy and i dont want the black outs cause i just want them smoked

part number 9904US01 from Mustangs Unlimited is a tinted lense and amber corner. THey are very dark. The website doe snot have the right picture. I bought them and took them back becuase I could not see shit.

The American Muscle look dark as hell to me as well. I did not buy those for fear they were too dark. I just bought a set off eBay that was already supposed to be here, but UPS fucked up. They will be here Friday. They are clear corner though. You might just want to consider some 35% or 20% tint from eBay. I bought some of the 35% and liked how it looked. Not dark at all. Just a very slight tint. I yanked it off because I screwed up the install.

It don't help much. I have HID's. With the HID's and the dark tint they were not even as bright as a pair of sylvania silverstars.

lol daaamn yea exactly what i dont want to happen lol... guess ill give the tint a shot... ill still prolly buy a set of new headlights though since mine wont adjust side to side lmao

A clear corner lens is fine as long as you have an amber bulb in there.

I'd just VHT tint the stockers and get HIDs. From what I've heard HIDs are extremely bright and would be able to shine through a tinted lens just fine. The light shines through pretty well on my smoked tails. Granted I don't have to use those to see anything but the light comes through nice and my tails are tinted fairly dark.

i dont think its ok in texas... i already got fucked with for my tinted tails they said my rear reflectors werent the right color... but i aint changing shit... ther still reflect red so fuck em

Damn really? glad i didnt order them yet. My friend has some in his truck and they are so freakin bright.

That's weird. 1/2 the people on the road w/ HIDs piss me off because they are so bright. I'd think tinted headlights would just tone them down a bit.
