Ive seen it done before, but the fascia has to be modified to fit the frame and if you ask me it looks pretty stupid.

I saw it on a black GT once. The guy put it on and brought it to the car cruise we have up here. Basically he got laughed at to the point where he almost got into a fight and left like an hour after he got there. Personally I can't say it was ugly, but it just didn't look right. You know how when you look at something, but you just can't put your finger on what's wrong? Anyway, like a month or so later he put the car up for sale. He had no local takers, because it was right after the real '05s came out so you could see the difference. Eventually he put it on ebay and it was on there for quite a while. He eventually sold it to a girl that was in love with the look of it, but for all the performance parts he had in it before he put the body kit on he lost like $4000 in parts and labor. Keep in mind that his car was not orginally black and he had the whole thing painted. Even had the interior touched up tp match. I think he just took the loss to be rid of it. A few weeks later he bought a real '05, or should I say mommy and daddy bought his 25 year old ass an '05 GT.

You mean this kit:
Then hell yeah i like the styling a lot better then the 05-07 and it is more compact.

Like I said, it just looks like a bootleg version of a '05+.

I agree, but the 99-04 frame is smaller and lighter so you get the benefit. The negative I see is that it is urethane which is a nightmare to repair. I just emailed some shops to see if there is a fiberglass version; which also should significantly knock down the price.

I wouldnt go with fiberglass unless you have to, its too easy to crack compared to the urethane

+1, when i got my urethane parts in i could bend it into a figure 8 shape and it would go back to normal. Ive been rear ended at 45 and still not crack.

Urethane is impact resistant but it will get wavy over time.

hey I'd rather take wavy vs the alternative, I've been rear ended and backed into and had to have both fiberglass bumpers I've got replaced because of it. Though when I hit a deer with my original urethane bumper it bounced off.

i think the 05 styling needs to stay on the 05+ cars.
