windsor vs. romeo timing kits???

are these the same or different? I need to go ahead and order one ASAP. Will someone post a link of the one to go with on Summit or elsewhere as soon as possible. Just wanna be sure i get the right goods!

y2ko2 told me i can use my stuff that is already on the car as long as the guides arent worn. 150,000 miles though!!!???

look into the trick flow timing kits.. good stuff... but if they are not worn then they are goodd.. my motor had 203,000 miles on it before it went i only changed the timing chains..
youd have too have a bad timing chain or timing malfunction too make a guide wear

and should i get the rockers new or can i just use mines?

depends how ur rockers look and if ur keeping the same cam..??
but id stick with ur lash adjusters

houston performance said it was spitting the lash adjusters out. And yeah, im using the same cams.

but rule of thumb make sure you keep the same rocker arm on the same lobe it came off of.. the rocker arm gets a wear in it (more like a grove) fro the lobe..
atleasts thats waht ive always done
