Sniper tunning

I just had gears installed in my 2003 gt i went to retune the car for the gears. The tunner had leds 5 6 are green and 7 is red i selected slot 2 for my tune its been like 10 mins now. Anyone using a sniper tunner know what i should do?

My Dads better at this then i am.

Give him a Ring, 321-320-2001 Names Frank, He should be able to point you in the right direction.It sounds to me like its trying to read the computer and it already has so its just going to sit there, like you stated.

Thanks man but i got it to work somehow there was a loose connection but thanks for the response.
