Why did Ford put the gayest seatbelt retractors in their cars?

But my friends are retarded too, mine go so tangled I didnt know wtf to do. So I had the panels off, and rear seats, so I could see the retractor. My dad stuck a screw driver in there somehow got it to come untangled and it worked.

Uhmm, yea a week or 2 later, yea guess wtf happend? Same thing (i hate my friends) this time it was so effin bad, I couldnt get that thing to move at all, I even took apart the retractor but nothing.
I went to the junk yard, took one out of a 96 GT for $10 and put that one in. I dont use the guides on the headrest's on the seats. I swear those are one of the main reason's they get all tangled and shit.

Sorry for the novel I just wrote ya, good luck bro.

Here's a guide. Just use the first part to get to the retractors.
