If you played your cards right you could be boosted for under $2k there are guys on here who have done it but they are good at shopping around, and of course it's used parts Maybe someone will chime in with what they setup and payed.

I have heard some good things about on3performance but I will tell you that they are made of stainless steel that is supposed to have a high probability of cracking? I know there are a few guys who have had them and haven't had any issues.

thats a good list of mods you got there but spray/FI is the only way to go if you wanna destroy a stock/lightly modded evo. go to corral.net...all kinds of good deals in their classifieds

with out condoning street racing cuz the mods and alot of track guys on here will throw a fit (so be careful when u say where and how ur gonna race him) honestly ud have a better chance taking him from a dig thats what mustangs are built for the TQ off the line will give u a jump and will give u a sec for his boost to kick in if ur spraying the only way u may have a chance right now is digging and spraying the whole way..

I bought my S/C for 1k and spent about 500 on misc parts.

A solid safe spray setup that is bullit proof and wont blow ur motor is about 1100.
That will give you a 125 shot. The only thing is with a safe system you cant spray till 3k rpm. You want to start from a dig because his turbo needs to spool for him to get boost. Get 4.10 gears and spray and you might have this in the bag. Just make sure you have tires that can handle it.
