Anyone good with a DiabloSport Predator?

I have the new revision on my predator and of course silly government regulations required that they remove the options to turn off my rear O2's. Diablosport says that it can still be done with a custom tune. Anyone know how I can modify my 93 octane tune to turn off the O2's without paying for another tune?

Diablo has their own forum. Give that a try.

Posted there already, their support isn't the best. I think they make more money off of the custom tunes rather than the tuners themselves.

I know the tuners have the dealer software that allows them to change anything. That really sucks I'm glad I never updated mine, I still have that option.

I've been reading through their forums and from their responses it's like they don't actually like their customers

Youll need a custom tune or the diablo cmr software to do it yourself which isnt cheap. Your best bet is just some splice in mil eliminators. You can get a pair for about 20 bucks.

The preloaded 93 octane tune is better, I can actually feel a difference in power. Modifying the stock tune works better since there was an issue with the software in previous revisions. It also includes an 87 octane performance tune. Then it takes away the OBDII functions to turn off the rear O2's, which is annoying, but worth it. I have a custom tune in the car now which turns off the rear O2's but there are a few settings in the tune I'm not satisfied with so I'm going back to the preloaded 93 octane tune. Going to RadioShack now to get the parts to make some MIL eliminators

I hate to hear that...what makes you think such a thing?

If I have to offer you a tune for free to make you happy, I certainly will.

EMail me a copy of the current tune in your car and I'll disable the rear O2s for you.

Thanks
Mike
