Anderson power pipe

Well I bought a used vortech off another member and he didn't have a intake for it . Well was wondering if the Anderson pipe real was better then the stock pipe because they both cost the same to replace. What do you guys think ?going to be non intercooler for now

I think Vortech makes a powerpipe.

but they say it increases PSI.

The Anderson Power Pipe is supposed to be a good inlet pipe as it increases the air coming into the impeller. I believe the stock ones in the kit are 3 in or so and the Anderson one is 4 or something like that.

I have the AFM power pipe and its aight! Ill just say, i wouldnt buy it again. I would make my own and not have it make all the bends into the fenderwell. I think that its too much drag sucking around 3 corners before making it to the blower. I have seen one that i wish i would have made mine like and it was BADASS!

me and ajm were talking about this....if your intercooled, you don't need a powerpipe...just run a cone filter directly on the blower, or check ebay for supercharger screens......
i'm thinking about selling my powerpipe/filter , and getting this...
3 4" 5" Inlet Screen Filter Supercharger Procharger - eBay (item 260534538670 end time Feb-06-10 11:42:20 PST)

I would put a filter on it not the screen if you use it on the street. My friend runs a filter on his 502 with a Hugh procharger But if you want to sell the power pipe pm me
