My shop only charged me for about a half hour labor for mine, but it was already on lift for getting other stuff done (full rearend). Seems a bit steep for me, but it's up to you!

Actually looking at receipt i was charged more in line with yours at 250. I was charged 300 but that included welding torque boxes. So go for it!

OK FLSFC... what next? Rears LCAs? I don't really want adjustable (I think) I prefer to have an all purpose set up.. would the standard HD LCAs from MM be ok?

If you want to take turns.... get an LCA with a spherical end

These will be a bit noisier than a poly/poly one, but allow more freedom for your rear axle to articulate and hence handle the road better. They are generally adjustable, but I know that MM makes one that is not.

Im loving my upr spherical uppers and lowers. And yeah they are noisy but after the initial squeaking (didnt go away even with grease or wd 40!) its not bad at all. Sounds kinda cool if you ask me (not the squeaking god that was embarrassing).
