Help I need to get home...
I just blew a tire on my stang i got 18in cobras 9 inch wide fronts and i need to get tires so i can get home i really dont have the most time...
so.... all they have on stock is a 245/ 45/18 right now i have a 255/35/18 i hate the side wall height that is on there right now but will this fit on my rim? sorry for such a noob question i just really need to get home since im about 140 miles away right now. this is what they got on hand Tire Details - Discount Tire Tire Details - Discount Tire Tire Details - Discount Tire will it benefit me any to get the kdw's now and just spent that little more

245/45-18 tires will fit on wheels 7.5-9" wide. The old 255/35-18s fit on wheels 8.5-10" wide. Some don't like the look of a 245 on a 9' wheel but they should be safe. It is going to be a taller tire than you currently have on there and you will definitely need to match both sides.

Yeah that 245/45/18 is going to be over an inch and a half taller than the tire you have now, so you'll have to match. If I were you I'd buy the cheapest 18" tires I could find (new or used) to get you home, and then do some actual tire shopping when you have more time.

Ok thanks guys thats what i think im going to go with is the cheapest one cause i dont think ill be satisfied if i have to settle. thanks for the help
