Building the rear....

I am in the market for some parts to beef up the rearend of my car. I know I am going with 31 spline axles but I am unsure on the diff... there are a few choices but I am having a hard time understanding whats right for me. This is my daily driver with maybe 2 visits to the 1/4 mile a month. What is the diff between the Eaton posi/detroit locker/true track??? and any others that would suite my driving. Are some better for somethings and others better for others. thanks for any help.
