15x10 with 7" backspacing?

Does anyone here currently run a 15x10 size wheel with 7" of backspacing?

Yeah, I just want to tuck the tires as far under the car as possible. I have "heard" people say it will work, but I want to talk to someone who is actually running this size wheel on a SN-95.

AC, i dont know if these pics help at all, but this is what a bare 15x10 with 6.5bs wheel looks like. Maybe it will give you an idea of anothe half inch bs

Ive Ran a 15x10s with 6.5 Backspacing and im pretty positive there is room for a 15x10 with 7" Backspacing, But im not sure how a 325 would fit if thats what your looking at might be more doable with a 275-265 size tire you might need to beat up the inner fender with a BFH like ive heard of some doing when running the 335-35-17s.

Thanks for the input. I may just go with th 6.5" after all. I was just hoping that the 7's would fit with a 325 without too much trouble. I guess I'll just run the 325 x 28 and roll the fenders in a little.

Yeah, I was already thinking I am going to have to trade in the Steeda drop springs for some drag springs.

Yeah, the drag springs are about the same height as stock. I think the Steedas have a heavier rate on the right side.

CAn you buy the Morosos as rear only? I think the Steedas only come as a full set.

Hmmm,

So it's safe to assume that a wheel with 7in back spacing will fit as long as tires are under 275's. Anything bigger is questionable?

A 7" back-space WILL rub on the inside/back of fender well. You can put on your baggy pants and do some "Hammer-time" and get them to work. Running a a 325 will require some Sister Sledge to run them baby's.

I would stick with the 6.5" ones

Runing an 11.5" wheels, you will need more than just fender rolling

I run an 11" wheel and went Sister Sledge on the back/inside wall and mega rolling of fender on a 315/30/18" tire. I don't recommend you try to squeeze an 11.5" wheel under there and especially with a 325 tire.
