fog light replacement question

Hi!
New member here.. Great site.

I bought a 03 gt a few weeks ago that is all stock except for an added sat/ mp3 player that has a hand held lcd controller and usses fm to broadcast to the car system. It has 76k miles, is dark red and has black leather interior. The car looks perfect except for a missing fog lamp and a fogged up headlight both on the drivers side.

My question about the fog light is where does it attach? I see the black mounting peice the light is supposed to slip into is missing, and the bumper cover looks like it is missing a peice of plastic right above where the light goes on the inside. I can't tell if the replacement peice bolts to the bumper, or the bumper cover.

Also, to replace my fog light and it's mounting peice, do I pull the front bumper cover part way off or can it be replaced another way?

Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

it mounts to the bumper cover.

you don't need to take off the bumper cover to do it.
just a jack stand will do.

you need fog lights you said?
i just happen to have a pair if your interested.
$30.00 shipped (brackets included)

I think the part it bolts to is broken then on the bumper cover. I can't tell without taking the other side off to see where/how it attaches to the cover. If I can just replace the bracket and light w/o replacing the cover I'll pm you on the lights, otherwise I'll just hold off untill I decide on a body kit.

I can see where there is a broken peice on my bumper cover where the bracket meets up with it, I just didn't know if the bracket for the light bolted to it or the other side.

Thanks
