Cobra R Wing

What do you guys think of Cobra R wings? Usually I think they look dumb because they are so big, but this car looks goooood

I found a nice Cobra R wing for CHEAP, and I was thinking of getting it and maybe shortening the pedestals and putting it on my car. Or just set it on my car and see what it looks like, and if I like it bolt it up as-is. What do you think.

Just depends on the car and the look. Some look good others look like crap. ive seen VERY few where it looks good. If you just want it for looks vs performance..Youd be better off with having the cobra r cow catcher bumper to catch stuff rather than it flying over the the car and having your wing catch it.

i see alot of v6's running around with it and some riced out gts, looks bad imo
if do a full cobra r clone then why not? much else dont think would look to great

The Cobra R and Steeda aren't pretty IMO. That just happens to be a sweet angle.

Unless you have the performance to back it up (like a cobra R) I think the wings a tad big. Its also one of those things that should stick to the car their made for.

But i mean if you really want one i wont stop you lol

That is a sexy pic of the Cobra R.

Personally, I like them...but for the Cobra R's. There such a rare car, and I would never try to imitate something so sexy.
I think the best looking stangs are Redfire Saleens. Im not saying redfire cause I have one, but it just looks soooooooooo sexy.

i had one at one point in time. after a while it became apparent that it was just too big. the steeda wings are much better. i sold my R wing and put my stock wing back on. in matte black of course

they've labeled it wrong. cobra R spoilers actually look good, lol. if you don't have a lowered stance + body kit, the spoiler itself probably won't look so good

Not really labeled wrong since the original pic is the Steeda Race wing, not a cobra R wing.

it is my opinion that you shouldnt get the R wing for looks but more for the performance aspect. otherwise it just looks silly, theres a reason the R has that wing....it NEEDS it. leave it at that

As stated, that's a steeda sing. The cobra r wing doesn't look good unless you see the car from the front. The steeda wing looks better from all angles, but still bad from the back.

However! The combo of, cobra r front, 03 shaved cobra rear, cowl or cobra r hood, and a steeda wing looks awesome. Kind of like Sirl's car. The steeda wing still looks bad from the rear. Example:

Speaking of wings, who the fuck thought this was a good idea?

Seriously, keep it to a stock 99-04, termi, or saleen wing (if you have the matching saleen bumper) or go wingless.

The steeda wing looks the best out of them all. On top of it looking good it actualy serves a purpose. Saleen, cobra's dont do anything. They look pretty though. I would buy my steeda wing 100 times over

I got the front bumper, planning on getting the wing once I get my catback, tune and 4.10s put in.

Also, as far as I know, that wing doesn't just "bolt-in" -- it doesn't use the factory holes, does anyone know for sure?
