That looks bad. I just did the same thing a month ago only mine flipped once it nosed into the ditch (and airbags went off). Be very happy you didn't get hurt at all (I had broken sinus, broken back, and broken right ankle). Having said that, I agree with everyone else in buying the roller. With fixing frame damage, you're asking for issue later down the road.
